½ cup apple cider vinegar
2 cups water
4–5 pieces fresh ginger, washed (skin on)
4 lemons, juiced
Optional add-ins: turmeric, cayenne pepper, black pepper
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender. Blend on high for 2 minutes until smooth.
Strain through a cheesecloth-lined fine mesh strainer into a bowl or pitcher, pressing to extract as much liquid as possible.
Pour into 14 small glass jars or shot bottles. Seal and refrigerate.
